IN THE EU:

All orders ship from the UK. Please make sure you are prepared to pay any potential import fees to receive your parcel.

OUSTIDE THE EU:

For dispatch to countries outside of the EU, the package may be assessed for import or customs fees or local VAT, depending on the laws of the particular countries. 

I do not take responsibility for individual duties or local taxes. If you are in doubt, check with your local customs office for tax rates and import fees. 

Due to legal reasons, I cannot mark an order as zero value or gifts for the intention of avoiding these fees.

As each order is personally signed by the author,  we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or offer a refund.
